Leadership and Organizational Development
We wish to work in close cooperation with our clients in order to find an approach and a way of working we all believe will be most helpful for their specific situation and needs.
Sometimes our work is dedicated to the support a specific group and other times we work on more strategic and comprehensive processes involving many groups and stake-holders. We often combine different activities like e.g. training, work-shops, seminars, coaching, facilitating, leadership development and the development of leadership teams.
Through the years we have created and implemented development programs for leaders at all levels – experienced managers, newly appointed leaders, aspiring leaders, management teams, team leaders, experts and key personnel.
We continuously offer two of our established leadership development programs as open programs with participants from public as well as private sector.
